Have the recent events led you to review your personal Emergency Preparedness Plans? One important area to discuss with family is your Home Emergency Evacuation Plan. Here are some tips from www.ready.Ohio.gov:
1. Map escape routes from your home. Maps should be floor specific.
2. Note locations of First Aid Kits, supply kits, fire extinguishers, ladders, food, water, etc.
3. Mark locations of gas, electric, and water shut offs.
4. Mark locations of disabled household members. Any special equipment?
5. Where will your family meet if separated? How will you check in? The Red Cross Safe and Well website?
6. Maps of the area.
7. Auxiliary power chargers for electronics - phones, tablets.....
8. Plan ahead for your pets. Not all shelters accept pets. Call local agencies to inquire.
9. Will your neighbors need your help?
10. Keep your car's gas tank at least half full.

Your home will also be featured on the Russell Real Estate website as well as my personal website. Sellers have been concerned for some time now about having something new to help give their homes exposure during the marketing process. I now have a solution for this. I will gain exposure for the homes I have listed by providing each home with its' own individual website. This provides home sellers with a showcase for their home with detailed information and additional photos with descriptive text, printable flyers, and their own unique website address. Sellers no longer have to worry about their homes getting buried among all the others on popular public listing websites. The unique domain name is used in all my marketing mediums and directs buyers to your home without making them do a property search and they see only your home- not your competition.
